Meet Our Medical Specialist

Lisa Paul DNP, APN, FNP-C is a highly trained, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her master’s degree in 2017 and earned her doctorate degree in 2021 from Wilmington University in Delaware. She also earned honors through Sigma Theta Tau.

Lisa also has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Penn State University. She then earned a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from UMDNJ in 2012. As a nurse practitioner, she has experience in pain management, acute and subacute medical rehabilitation, long term care nursing homes, hospital inpatient care at Virtua Hospital and medical wellness. Lisa is an active member of several professional organizations including the American College of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, and Advanced Practice Nurses of New Jersey. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and Alpha Sigma Lambda Chapter. Lisa lives in New Jersey with her husband, three daughters, and their dogs, Teddy and Sonny. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, going to the beach, and watching lacrosse.

Lisa is also trained, certified and experienced in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Marijuana, Medication-Assisted Treatment (Suboxone) and of course, Primary Care! She also dedicates her time to precepting and teaching nurse practitioner students to become qualified, competent providers!

Anthony Wehbe

Dr. Wehbe is a healthcare and physician leadership expert with a wide-ranging skill set encompassing operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, provider recruitment, team development, and elevating patient satisfaction. In his recent role as Senior Vice President & Physician Executive at Jefferson Health New Jersey, he provided comprehensive oversight, managing various departments, including Hospitalist, Perioperative Medicine, Primary and Specialty Care, Medical and Surgical Specialties, and Home Health Care. Dr. Wehbe also supervised a long-term care facility, sub-acute rehabilitation centers, and Population Health Services. Throughout his career, he has initiated several startups in technology and healthcare sectors.

Charlie Delaney

Office Manager/Receptionist
Charlie, a lifelong Berlin “Long A Coming” resident, serves as a Pastor and Notary Public, regularly journeying to nursing homes and care facilities to provide crucial document assistance to patients. His educational journey led him through Mercer County College, Elizabeth Campus, and he possesses a strong foundation in real estate title work. Charlie’s unwavering dedication lies in ensuring that every patient experiences a profound sense of value and genuine care. Within the team, he holds a cherished position, being highly regarded for his contributions, which play a pivotal role in the team’s success.

Charles DeLaney, Sr​

With a distinguished background as a Marine Corps Veteran who honorably served in Vietnam, he brings a sense of dedication and discipline to every aspect of his life. After dedicating 32 years to a successful engineering career, he transitioned into a well-deserved retirement. In this fulfilling chapter of his life, he has embraced the role of a devoted “Poppop” to seven cherished grandchildren, relishing the joy they bring to his world. When he’s not sharing valuable life lessons and cherished moments with his family, he indulges in his passion for antique car shows and boating exhibitions. Moreover, he takes great pleasure in spoiling his twin granddaughters, creating lasting memories and nurturing the bonds of love and affection that make his retirement years truly special.
